Special Events & Sales

The Antique Affaire was held on Feb 19-20-21. The rain dampened things a bit, but there was still plenty to do and lots to see. One of the hightlights of the weekend was when Bernie Greenberg, dealer 130, gave a talk on the care and feeding of antique and vintage books.

Our annual Open House on March 12th was a huge success. Refreshments and bargains were the order of the day.

SATURDAY- MAY 28 - 2PM

Cathie Caldwell (the Jadeite Queen) will be giving a talk on collecting Fire-King glassware and more specifically Jadeite dinnerware. To be held in the store.

SATURDAY- JUNE 25 - 10AM-5PM

Our first annual store-wide Treasure Hunt will be a fun day full of bargains. Come down to the store on this special day and check all the dealers spaces for specially marked down 'treasures', some as low as 50% off the regular price. Don't miss this incredible event. . .there won't be another one like it for 365 days. . .and that's a long, long time!

UPDATE -- The Treasure Hunt was great fun and our customers took home lots of bargains.

 

OUR 3RD BIRTHDAY BASH will be held on OCTOBER 8th/9th (SAT/SUN) 2005 - 10AM-5PM

There will be SPECIAL SALES throughout the store to celebrate our 3rd Birthday along with refreshments and a special drawing for a $100 gift certificate good for anything in the store. Come meet your favorite dealer and help us celebrate. . .you'll be glad you did.

 

NOVEMBER 19th (SAT) - Antique Pottery Show and Repair Seminar 10AM-5PM

Several of our dealers, specializing in antique pottery, will be on hand all day to show, discuss, and perhaps even to sell a piece or two of their pottery. We will also have a pottery repair specialist on premises to discuss his craft, as well as to accept repair work from both our dealers and customers. Come spend a few hours in our mall and see some wonderful pottery. And of course, while you're here, you'll want to see all the other unique and interesting antiques and collectibles in one of the regions finest antique stores, The Chapman Antique Mall.
